Biography:
Becky Benfield-Humberstone helps Quietly Disruptive founders escape cage businesses—successful ventures that feel like beautiful prisons.
Having been in the shoes of those she helps, Becky knows what it's like to feel stuck, burnt out, and suffocating inside a business that looks perfect from the outside. She's walked the entire transformation arc herself: from building boldly at 16 (Europe's largest model horse retailer, started during her maths GCSE), to losing herself completely at 27 (eleven years of people-pleasing and conforming), to hitting rock bottom at 38 (two years in family court representing herself against barristers while keeping her business alive).
She found her way back. And now she guides other founders through the same journey.
Through The Two Questions Framework, her proprietary diagnostic methodolog, Becky locates exactly where founders are stuck and creates completely personalised paths to freedom. Her approach is simple: fix the founder first. The business follows.
Becky runs her coaching practice in a strict 10am-4pm window as a single parent, hosts A Quietly Disruptive Business podcast, writes The Founders Club newsletter, and is building the Quietly Disruptive brand for founders who move in silence and disrupt through action. She's also an author, artist, and co-founder of Cahoots, the anti-networking community.
Her mission: help founders create businesses that fit them, not the other way around.
