How does this work?
STEP 1: Book Your Call
Pick a time that works for you using the calendar. You'll get a confirmation email with the Zoom link for our call together, which will last 60 minutes. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. There's no questionnaire to fill out, or extra homework to complete. Just come to the call as you are, with those business conundrums that you can't quite answer alone. I'm here to help.
STEP 2: We Meet for 60-minutes
I'll ask you, "Where are you in your business right now?" and "How are you showing up?" This helps me understand where you are. Then we'll chat about what you actually want, not what you think you should want (or what looks good on LinkedIn), but what you REALLY want your business to be or do. We'll figure out where you are, why you're stuck, and what how to get out of that place.
This isn't a "discovery call" where I gather information to pitch you later. This is real coaching, with real results. By the end of our call, you'll know exactly what to do Monday morning.
STEP 3: We Decide What’s Next
If during your session you want to know more about how I can support you fully, and I think we're a good fit, I'll explain what coaching with me looks like.
If we're not the right match, I'll tell you honestly, and I'll point you toward what will you help the most, whether that's resources, other people who can help, or when to check back in if things change.
Either way, you're not leaving empty-handed or left feeling stuck. You’ll leave onwards and upwards (my favourite saying!).

Timing is everything, and if you're not ready for coaching, please still book a call, especially if you're stuck. Please don't suffer in silence. Let's get you onto the right road. Some founders find that they need that clarity first, to get them onto the right road, and then once they get moving, other options like coaching and mentoring then become possible (or for others they don't need it).

Yes, completely free. There is no catch, no "pay for the recording," or upsell at the end. Those things are just plain wrong (don't get me started on that topic!)
I do these calls because I genuinely want to help founders who are stuck and unsure what their next move is. I know what that place feels like. Someone offered me support when I was in that disorientating situation, so I do the same.
Not everyone who books a call ends up working with me. Some founders aren't ready yet, and for others the timing's not quite right. But for some founders, it's the solution they have been looking for.
I give you the same level of coaching whether you would like to work with me or not. I'm not holding back the "good stuff" to make you buy. You get 60 minutes of real help, guidance, and momentum.
If we're a fit and you want to work together after our call, then that's awesome! If not, you'll still get something to help move you forward.
I'd rather help someone get out of a pickle than lock that support behind a paywall and leave them spinning. That's who I am, and that's how I work.

I believe that coaching is game-changing when it comes to a business. It's like rocket-fuel, as not only does it give you the clarity and strategy for your business, but the support and guidance when those bumps in the road appear. That said, coaching only works if you are ready for it. You have to be in a place to put in the work, to get the results out. Rocket fuel only works if you have a rocket that wants to go to the moon.
If after your session you would like to know more about my approach, I'll talk about it if I genuinely think it makes sense for where you are. But I'm not here to convince you of anything.
