This isn’t a 10-step program.
But 3 months of support you need to change the world.
Starting right
Before the work starts, we meet in person, over lunch, in a place that isn't a Zoom rectangle. We talk, we think out loud, and your vision gets its first proper airing. This is where it all begins.
Weekly coaching calls
Thereafter, it’s weekly calls featuring 60 minutes of deep-dive coaching each week (through Zoom) where we work through exactly what's happening right now. Real work, real progress, in every single session.
Full support between sessions
Direct access between sessions via email, voice note, or text. When you're about to send that email, wondering if you made the right call, I'm there. Response within 24 hours on weekdays. (I do sleep occasionally.)
Personalised feedback on everything
Copy, content, plans, ideas, strategy, or even the stuff you didn’t know you needed to think about, my feedback and recommendations are tailored to you, your goals and your vision.

A kickoff lunch — in person, to start as we mean to go on
Weekly coaching sessions — deep, focused, and entirely yours
Full WhatsApp and email support between sessions
A wrap-up session to celebrate how far you've come (and plot what comes next!)
A completely personalised path, built around you and no one else
£4,500 for the full 3 months (£1,500 per month).
I work with a maximum of 2 or 3 clients at a time. I believe you deserve someone who actually knows what's happening in your business, not someone who has to check their notes to remember your name.
Payment plans are available, because how you invest shouldn't get in the way of what you're investing in.

It isn't. I say that with complete confidence. I've worked with founders who started with nothing but an idea and built empires from it. The bigger the vision, the better — because that's exactly the kind of thinking this work is designed for. If anything, I'd encourage you to dream bigger. The world doesn't need more founders playing small. It needs yours.

Most “business coaching” (and yes, I use the quotes interntionally) works on the surface: fix the pricing, update the messaging, get more clients. And sometimes that helps.
But if the business itself is misaligned — built around the wrong clients, the wrong model, the wrong version of you — tactics only get you so far.
What we do instead is go deeper: to the vision, the values, the founder you actually are.
When that's clear, the strategy, the pricing, and the right clients follow naturally.
It's a fundamentally different starting point, and it's why this tends to work when other things haven't. -
No. And the reason why is that changing the world isn't something you can package into a module. The founders I work with aren't looking for a framework someone else built. They're building something entirely their own. That requires a bespoke approach, a real relationship, and someone who knows your vision as well as you do. A course can't give you that. This work can.

Coaching is a partnership, not a sentence. If at any point you feel this isn't the right fit, we have an honest conversation and part ways professionally.That said, I'm committed to making this work. If something isn't clicking, we address it directly and adjust our approach. Your success is my priority.

As soon as you're ready, and only when you're ready. I work with a maximum of three clients at a time, so if there's space we can begin within a week or two of our first conversation. If I'm at capacity, you'll be first on the waitlist. It's always worth the wait.
