You might have gathered by now, I ask the questions no-one else asks. It may come across as direct, but it's because I'm curious. I want to know everything about your business, the real stuff, not the polished version.
All those things you hide from the world: where you're stuck, what you deep-in-your-bones want to do, and who you want to be as a person. The business coach in me is endlessly curious about the deep stuff.
Small talk, surface-level conversations, and "Let's explore synergies" emails leave me looking for the exit.
