You have an idea
Let’s bring it to life
A Half-day, in person intensive. We don't finish for the day until you have a clear plan and know exactly what to do next.
You have an idea. Maybe it's been sitting in your head for months or it’s a thought that you keep coming back to, again and again, but never quite taking that first step. Maybe it’s the opposite: you have five ideas and can't figure out which one to actually do.
The best way to bring an idea to life is to face it head on.
You and me, in person at a chosen location, with pens and paper, dreams and schemes. We don’t leave until you have a clear plan and actionable next steps.
No second-guessing, surface level planning. This is “this is what you need to do on Monday” strategy and planning.
You bring the idea(s). I bring the questions, the structure, and the clarity.By the end of our time together, you know exactly what you're building and how to build it. You’ll leave with a :
Crystal-clear idea (no more ambiguity)
Step by step mapped path from idea to real thing
Watertight action plan with specific next steps
Timeline showing what happens when
Clarity on your first Monday morning action.
What we’ll do together
The timeline of transformation
-

Hour 1: We pinpoint the idea
What's the actual idea? (Sometimes what you think it is isn't what it actually is.) Why this idea? Why now? What's keeping you from starting? What's the real fear, block, or stuck point? We answer all the questions to get to the heart of what you want to do.
-

Hour 2: Map the path
What are the actual steps to build it? What needs to happen first, second, third? We figure out the sequence to bring to life the most complex ideas. It doesn’t matter how big or small it is. The sequence is pivotal to making it happen.
-

Hour 3: Build the plan
What happens Week 1, Week 2, Month 1? What resources, skills, or help do you need? What is realistic given your time, life, and other commitments? We look at the practicalities, the roadblocks and likely sticking points so you can navigate them smoothly and confidently.
-

Hour 4: Action steps
What's the first thing you do Monday morning? How do you know it’s working in Week 1, Month 1, Month 3? What happens if things go wrong? We map how to know if everything is working as it should and what to do if you momentum and motivation dips.
This is for you if you’re sick of thinking, and ready to start doing
This intensive is for the founder who has an idea but keeps not starting it. It's been in your head for months, maybe even years. You know you want to do it, but you just haven't.
You don't need more thinking time. You need a plan. You need to know what to do next. You need to actually start.
Examples of ideas we might work on:
new revenue stream you've been thinking about
portfolio business model you want to build
pivot you're considering but haven't mapped
productised offer you keep almost creating
side project that could become something bigger
business model that fits boundaries you actually want.
This is tactical work, on a specific topic. This is not identity transformation, or ongoing accountability (that’s what my 3-month coaching is all about).
This intensive is all about pinpointing an idea and building a plan to make it real.
Why in person?
And in 4 hours?
This is building work,
not transformation work.
Here's the difference: My 3-month coaching intensive happens over Zoom because that work is about transformation: evolving into the person you want to be, escaping a cage business and creating identity deep change over time. That needs ongoing conversation, space between sessions, time to process and shift.
This is completely different. This is tactical building work. We're taking an idea from your head and making it real on a whiteboard. We're mapping a path you can see, touch, document, and take home.
You can't do that in a 60-minute call. There is simply not enough time to go deep (and if we tried too, you’ll only end up with surface-level clarity that evaporates by Tuesday).
And you can't do it over Zoom. Sitting on Zoom for 4 hours is exhausting. Something fundamental shifts when you're in a room together, when you can draw on a paper, spread ideas across a table, and see the whole map laid out in front of you. The work is physical, tangible, real. You can't hide behind a screen.
Half a day gives us time to go deep enough to find the REAL idea (not just the surface one), map it properly, build a plan that actually works for your life, troubleshoot the stuck points before you hit them, and leave with genuine clarity, not just temporary motivation.
In person means no distractions (you can't minimize the window and check email), better thinking (being physically present changes the quality of work), and real momentum (you leave with a plan you can execute Monday morning).
This format creates the conditions for real clarity. And clarity creates action.
Coaching is transformation over time. This is concentrated tactical clarity you can use immediately. Different tools. Different purposes. Both work.
Why can I help you?
I've been bringing ideas to life for over 25 years.
I started a six-figure business at 16 selling model horses (yes, really. Read the full story here). Since then I've built record labels, festivals, and businesses across industries most people said would never work.
I've had ideas that succeeded, ideas that failed spectacularly, and ideas that evolved into something I never planned but needed anyway.
I understand what it’s like to have an idea stuck in your head for months, to have five ideas and no clue which one actually matters and to know exactly WHAT you want but not HOW to get there.
But the thing is, I know how to move ideas from "someday" to "today."
I'm not handing you a template or giving you my plan. We’re designing your own.. I'm asking you the questions that surface what's actually holding you back from making your idea happen, then helping you map the simplest path to make it real.
You leave with a plan that works for YOUR life, not a theoretical perfect plan that requires you to be someone you're not.
Let’s talk logistics
4 hours in person, all expenses covered
LOCATION:
We agree on a location together. I'm based in Essex, so if you're within 100 miles, I'll travel to you or we'll find a midpoint that works. If you're further London is usually the best meeting point. Other options could be your office (if you have private space), a co-working space, or private room at a hotel, wherever gives us 4 uninterrupted hours with pens, paper, and possibilities. I cover all expenses, lunch included.
PREPARATION:
You'll complete a pre-intensive questionnaire, so I understand the idea before we meet. This lets me brainstorm thoughts beforehand, so we start the intensive strong. Bring your laptop, notebook, and any existing notes on the idea. I'll bring questions, structure, paper, pens, and clarity.
DURING:
We work together with paper and pens- no whiteboards, no screens, just ideas made tangible. You take your own notes as we go. Before we finish, we'll review your notes together to make sure you're leaving with a clear plan you've captured in your own words.
AFTER:
You leave with your notes and the plan you've built. 2 weeks of support via email is automatically included for any questions or to work through anything else that pops up.
INVESTMENT: £1,000 per session
Sounds like the solution you need? Get in touch via my contact form, and we’ll find a date that works for both of us.
Answering your questions:
-
No, this is completely different work. My 3-month coaching intensive is transformation work, helping you escape cage businesses, shift identity, and do deep personal and business change over time. This half-day intensive is tactical clarity on a specific idea you want to bring to life. Different purposes, both valuable, and I'll help you figure out which one you actually need based on where you are.
-
That's perfect, actually. Part of the first hour is figuring out which idea to focus on, or whether they're actually connected pieces of one bigger thing you haven't seen yet. You won't leave with detailed plans for five separate ideas (that would be overwhelming and unhelpful) but you will leave knowing which one to do first, why it matters most, and how the others might fit in later.
-
That happens more often than you'd think, and it's usually a good sign we're getting to the real work. Sometimes what you think the idea is when you walk in isn't what it actually is once we start digging. I'm not attached to your original idea—I'm attached to finding the RIGHT idea for you and helping you build a clear path to make it real.
-
We'll work it out. If you're in London, Suffolk, Cambridge, or the surrounding areas, we'll find a location that makes sense for both of us. If you're further away—Scotland, North England, Wales—we can meet in London or figure out a midpoint that works. Just email me with where you're based, and we'll sort the logistics together. There is always an answer.
-
We'll talk about it openly during the intensive. If it becomes clear that what you're dealing with is deeper than tactical clarity, if you need transformation work rather than just a plan for an idea, I'll tell you honestly.
And if you decide to book the 3-month coaching before the intensive takes place, we can apply the £1,000 toward that investment so nothing's wasted. -
You execute on your own, which is the whole point. You leave with a plan you can implement independently. If you hit a genuine snag and need more support, you can book another intensive to work through it, or if it turns out the block is deeper than tactical (identity stuff, transformation work), we can talk about whether the 3-month coaching makes sense. I want you to get the right support, not just any support.
It’s time to stop thinking, and start building
Investing in help to get you moving is a big step. But that’s the thing. It’s a step… forwards.
You've been thinking about this idea long enough. You know you want to do i but you just haven't. It’s not because you don't have clarity, but because you don't know where to start.
4 hours. That's all it takes to get clear.
By the end, you'll know exactly what you're building and how to build it. You'll have a plan, action steps, and your Monday morning starting point.
No more "someday." Let's make it today, together.
